Chris Wilding: heading up the Cosmo kitchen 5 years after the fire

For those of you who have visited us since our opening you may have met our wonderful chef Chris Wilding.  Chris was the talent behind the popular Wildings at The Cosmopolitan before the fire so we were delighted to have him back on board almost 5 years later.   It’s the perfect fit for The Cosmo as we focus on all things local – food, wine, produce and people.  If you haven’t eaten with us yet pop in for lunch or dinner in either our gardens or the warm and cosy stables – as a local to the area for many years Chris has a unique understanding of the quality of the local produce and that is definitely reflected in his menu.
