When the cooler months arrive in the region The Cosmopolitan Stables offer a cosy retreat from the autumn and winter chill. Featuring black slate floors, original wood panelling and log fires, they really are the perfect place to enjoy local food, wine and good times.

With seating for 60 and a separate bar area, The Cosmopolitan Stables can accommodate individuals or groups for lunch or an evening out, private functions and live entertainment.

The Stables are the second phase in our restoration journey which will ultimately see the entire pub brought back to its former glory. With the interior of the stables now restored and our horticulturalist Carmichael overseeing the stable gardens they are a relaxing place to eat, drink and love local, regardless of the weather.
