The Gardens are the first jewel in The Cosmopolitan crown. Having survived the fire, and subsequent years of neglect, the gardens have responded exceptionally well to restoration, under the professional expertise of horticulturalist Carmichael Stabbins.
Next on the agenda, Carmichael will oversee the restoration of the stable gardens, and the vegie garden is destined to supply The Cosmopolitan kitchen with fresh, homegrown vegies and exotic herbs.
