Maison Lapalus - Meet The Maker Wine Tasting

Gilles Lapalus grew up in Burgundy, made wine across France, Chile and Tuscany, and eventually settled in Victoria - building Maison Lapalus into one of the region's most quietly revered small producers. In January, the Harcourt fires destroyed his entire production facility and wine stock, taking with it 20 years of museum stock and things no insurance payout can replace.

The local winemaking community rallied around Gilles, donating wine so he could continue making his blends. We're featuring those wines this month - available by the glass, at the table, and to take home through the Cellar & Store. Gilles will be in to host a complimentary tasting on Saturday 30th May from 12pm.
