Sunday 10th May is a very special day. Its Mother’s Day!
Our Chef has crafted a culinary experience for your mum.
MENU
- Jerusalem artichoke and celeriac soup with sourdough bread
- Slow roasted baby beetroot, crisp prosciutto and goats cheese
- Salt and pepper calamari, watercress, fennel, apple and radish salad
- Istra charcuterie plate
Entree
Main
- Risotto, locally foraged wild mushrooms, parmesan with truffle oil
- Crispy skinned salmon fillet, roasted baby tomatoes and panzanella salad
- Slow cooked Moroccan lamb shoulder, cous cous and pomegranate salad with harissa yogurt
- Roast wagyu rump (marble score 8-9), red wine jus, roast potatoes, heirloom carrots and beans
Dessert
- Vanilla bean crème brulee, and spiced pear
- Grand Marnier chocolate mousse with ice cream
- Apple and berry crumble with ice cream

- Fish and chips, salad
