Sunday 10th May is a very special day. Its Mother’s Day!

Our Chef has crafted a culinary experience for your mum.

MENU

    Entree

  • Jerusalem artichoke and celeriac soup with sourdough bread
  • Slow roasted baby beetroot, crisp prosciutto and goats cheese
  • Salt and pepper calamari, watercress, fennel, apple and radish salad
  • Istra charcuterie plate

Main

  • Risotto, locally foraged wild mushrooms, parmesan with truffle oil
  • Crispy skinned salmon fillet, roasted baby tomatoes and panzanella salad
  • Slow cooked Moroccan lamb shoulder, cous cous and pomegranate salad with harissa yogurt
  • Roast wagyu rump (marble score 8-9), red wine jus, roast potatoes, heirloom carrots and beans

Dessert

  • Vanilla bean crème brulee, and spiced pear
  • Grand Marnier chocolate mousse with ice cream
  • Apple and berry crumble with ice cream

And for the little folk

  • Fish and chips, salad
  • Pasta Bolognese
  • Salt and pepper calamari, chips, salad; and,
  • Ice cream sundae
