Melbourne rock legends Dave Graney and Clare Moore bring their new album, Laburnum of the Mind, to Live at the Cosmo on Saturday, 22nd August, playing as a full band with the single Hits Are The Worst leading the charge.
One of the most distinctive live acts on the Australian circuit, Dave and Clare will be joined by their engine room and powder room for a night of upbeat, groove-driven rock. Expect songs from the new record alongside gems pulled from across the 40-something albums the pair have written, played and produced together since their post-punk beginnings in The Moodists — through to the Coral Snakes, the Dave Graney Show, and beyond.
They're from Melbourne, but they're not like those other Melbourne bands, and they're a rock band, but not like those other rock bands. Keep your head down and yourself tidy — Hits Are The Worst!
