The Cosmopolitan offers a unique and delightful venue for weddings, events and other private functions. Our beautiful historic gardens are the perfect place to hold a wedding ceremony, with the Stables, Cellar & Store or Green Room available for your special celebration. Enjoy a truly regional experience with menus utilising the finest local seasonal produce and a wine, beer and cider list featuring the region’s best. We can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit-down meal with increased capacity for cocktail-style functions.

OUR VENUE
The Stables
The original stables servicing the hotel have been converted to a bar and dining area, full of character.
Featuring black slate floors, original wood panelling and log fires, they really are the perfect place to enjoy local food, wine and good times. The Cosmopolitan Stables can seat up to 100 guests with increased capacity for cocktail-style functions.

The Cellar & Store
This enchanting space within the historic hotel features original brick nog walls and splashes of old-world charm, glamour, and elegance. The Cellar & Store is also a magnificent venue for small events and weddings.
The Green Room
Located within the main hotel building, the dining room seats up to 35 and is ideal for weddings, private functions and meetings.

The Cosmo was great! There's a private garden for the ceremony and then a walk to the reception space in restored stables. The venue was perfect for a relaxed outdoor ceremony. The reception space and adjoining marquee seated just under 100 people with enough room for a small dance floor. The stone floors and fairy lights created a lovely ambience.

This place is simply gorgeous! For an intimate, country wedding, this place is perfect. Fiona goes above and beyond, in the lead up to our day there was nothing that was too hard or not possible. Fiona and her team looked after us from planning to after the event. The food is sensational, with plenty of it!
